"You know that your experience is very positive when you start out as a new client but end up gaining a friend! Kara Smith, along with her staff, have been amazing to work with. First of all, I had been involved in an accident that was not my fault. The party involved in the accident was insured with State Farm. My insurance company offered little help with the questions I had regarding the accident, unfortunately. Kara had been by my work location letting us know she was in our neighborhood should any of us need assistance with State Farm’s insurance products.
