"Kara does Care. I called her out of the blue to see if she could help my client. She called my client which in and of itself had some challenges, but she followed up and did reach her. My client felt irrelevant, invisible, and looked over. Kara spoke with her and the result was immediate. Kara gave her information which empowered her. My client same day collected her thoughts, her paperwork and started calling until someone could give her actionable items. This is huge with her because she feels like she has no voice because she is elderly."
